Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

RedAwning, a profitable leading innovator in the vacation rental industry since 2010, is seeking a highly
motivated and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy and
drive growth through acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully
executing financial strategies in early to mid-stage companies, and with experience in mergers and
acquisitions. We work in a friendly, relaxed, river-front office in the heart of Petaluma, CA, with company

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy with a focus on organic growth combined with acquisitions.
- Oversee all financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition targets, negotiate deals, and support integration of acquired companies into existing operations.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business plans and budgets.
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision making and improve business performance.
- Stay current on market trends, financial regulations, and other industry developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance and strategic planning with a strong focus on fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build relationships with investor and employee stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- CPA or MBA preferred.

Pay Range: From $150,000 plus stock options and benefits.

Account Manager
RedAwning.com, a leading short-term rental platform, is seeking a talented and experienced Account
Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships
with our property owners and managers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their revenue
potential.
Location: Petaluma, CA (on-site preferred)
Compensation Range: $50,000 to $70,000
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties and build strong relationships with property owners and property managers.
- Respond promptly to owner inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on property performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the operations team to ensure that all properties are appropriately priced, marketed, and booked to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand our portfolio of properties and grow the business.
- Perform Go-Live calls and work closely with the onboarding team to successfully onboard new properties and address existing account issues.
- Minimize client churn, and work to discover and resolve issues before they turn into churn.
- Review listings as they go live to ensure they shine and will get bookings. Work with a variety of teams to develop client-facing marketing materials, collateral, FAQs, and more to bring our property owner program to a more self-service style program.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, property management, or a related field
- Knowledge of the short-term rental industry and platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
