Account Manager

Account Manager, a leading short-term rental platform, is seeking a talented and experienced Account
Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships
with our property owners and managers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their revenue
Location: Petaluma, CA (on-site preferred)
Compensation Range: $50,000 to $70,000


  • Manage a portfolio of properties and build strong relationships with property owners and property managers.
  • Respond promptly to owner inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on property performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure that all properties are appropriately priced, marketed, and booked to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand our portfolio of properties and grow the business.
  • Perform Go-Live calls and work closely with the onboarding team to successfully onboard new properties and address existing account issues.
  • Minimize client churn, and work to discover and resolve issues before they turn into churn.
  • Review listings as they go live to ensure they shine and will get bookings. Work with a variety of teams to develop client-facing marketing materials, collateral, FAQs, and more to bring our property owner program to a more self-service style program.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, property management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the short-term rental industry and platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
